“I have learned that all true strength arises from a primordial, selfless void, and that this void can be gradually comprehended by paying attention to the small, subtle movements of the body.” - Wang Xiang-zhai

Although my training has been in many modalities, traditions, and lineages I am currently only offering abdominal massage. My initial training in abdominal work was in Chi Nei Tsang, my approach to this important and vulnerable area of the body has softened and is equally influenced by craniosacral work. In my experience this work invites receivers into a deep healing state where they can breath, meet themselves with support, and digest held tensions, memories, and emotions. Abdominal work can also be greatly supportive in helping to relieve back pain, structural issues, as well as support detoxification
