Holistic Health Coaching
I offer individualized support and guidance for people looking to improve their overall health or address something specific. While treatments and support from practitioners can make a real difference, lasting change comes from within — you have the most power over how you feel every day. If your habits don’t change, your health won’t either.
In my practice, I take the time to understand your health history, what you’d like to change, and help you set goals that are realistic and, ideally, enjoyable. I especially love coaching around food as medicine — considering body type, constitution, age and season of life, time of year, and how well you digest different foods — to help you design a way of eating that’s truly nourishing and right for you.
I also offer abdominal massage and qigong classes, both of which can be wonderful complements to a coaching program.
