If you are living with chronic pain, gut issues, fatigue, inflammation, or living in a stress state that just won't shift, your body is asking for something different than what it's been getting.

My work focuses on one foundational shift: moving from a chronically stressed state into a healing state — where your nervous system can finally downshift and your body can begin to recover. This is where real change becomes possible.

I support clients through a combination of somatic meditation, healing movement, and self-care practices. For in-person clients hands-on bodywork can be included, which I highly recommend. Sessions can also explore dietary changes, meal planning, food prep, and even shopping and cooking together when that's what's needed.

Rather than handing you a program, I work with what's alive for you in each session — your current capacity, life circumstances, and what your body actually needs right now. Over time I teach tools and practices you can use on your own, because ultimately the healing happens in your daily life, not just in our sessions.

One thing I've found essential: real recovery often requires a radical simplification — of diet, of inputs, of stimulation. Part of my work is helping you tell the difference between what your body truly needs to heal and the mind's habitual reach for the next remedy, supplement, or solution.

Sessions can be one-time or a series, in person or online. I don't offer cookie-cutter packages — just honest, individualized support.
